The Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Melbourne Market team on a Full-Time contract. As the ambassador of Tiffany & Co., you will be responsible for leveraging and adapting Visual Merchandising initiatives to enhance the Tiffany & Co. brand store through a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum.
  • Drive visual merchandising results with a particular focus on in-store activations and events.
  • Track and share the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
  • Monitor the visual standards of all stores in ANZ during events and activations.
  • Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, flowers.
  • Vendor and project management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, flexible, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Ability to work with various people, present ideas and information to groups.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, on occasion.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
