About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and effective Hotel Manager to join our team at a prominent pub in Regional Queensland. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for all hotel operations, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative functions, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing financial accounting
  • Supervising staff and leading community outreach efforts
  • Ensuring smooth and effective communication with key stakeholders
  • Maintaining facilities and enhancing guest experiences

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people, including staff, customers, and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel operates efficiently and effectively, and that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
