Care Leader for Residential Communities

As a Senior Care Partner, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. You will work within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
- Lead, support, and mentor the SCP/CP and CC care teams on the floor relating to non-clinical care. Report any issues to the CCM and RN
- When necessary, assist on floor with Medication and Cares as requested by RN/CCM
- Assist SCP/CP and CCs with non-clinical on floor procedure
- Mentor care staff with non-clinical on the floor training e.g compression stockings, sensor mats, air mattresses
- Ensure Care staff attend to care needs as indicated in Residents individual care plan
- Consult with the RN on duty for any Resident/Staffing requirements

- Five years experience as a care companion
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
