About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Learning Professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at Goodstart Flora Hill. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations, and collaborating with our dedicated leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

About Goodstart Flora Hill

Our centre is a 70-place purpose-built facility located in central Bendigo, on the lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung people. We embed the culture and values of the Djaara people into our curriculum and environments, and are highly engaged with families and local community, with many incursions and excursions occurring throughout the year.
