Director Of Nursing Relief Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Nursing Relief Coordinator to join our team in Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.

This role provides contemporary operational and professional nursing leadership for the Remote Health Services, shaping clinical and corporate governance, and coordinating service delivery, human and material management, expertise in healthcare team communication, and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective, and efficient healthcare provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and corporate leadership to the Remote Health Services team
  • Coordinate service delivery, including staff management, resource allocation, and patient care
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences
  • A C Class Motor Vehicle Licence
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted, including Criminal History checks
  • This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to specific diseases

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range $152,448 - $163,311 per annum (Nurse Grade 9)
