We are seeking an experienced early childhood professional to take on a key role supporting educational leadership and teacher development across our NSW services.

This is a Sydney based position with regular travel to the Hunter Valley.

The successful candidate will work closely with Educational Leaders and Service Leadership Teams to embed best practices and enhance educational programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing mentoring and coaching to support the continuous improvement of educational programs.
  • Assisting services in implementing evidence-based pedagogical practices.
  • Partnering with Business Operations Managers to align educational strategies with service priorities.
  • Supporting services in preparing for assessment and rating processes.

Additionally, the candidate will guide teachers through NESA accreditation, ensuring they meet Proficient Teacher requirements. They will also collaborate with managers to create a sustainable accreditation program and facilitate professional development, reflective practice, and resource sharing to enhance teaching quality.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Full teacher accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
  • Experience in mentoring teachers and supporting educational leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with NESA accreditation requirements and hold the NESA supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to travel across Sydney and the Hunter Valley as part of the role.
