Here's what you'll do: - Provide expert guidance on consumer credit and financial services regulations, corporate governance, and AML/CTF. - Collaborate with product teams to develop new offerings, ensuring compliance and excellence. - Draft and review contracts with partners, funders, and service providers. - Contribute to senior management reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations. - Develop and implement compliance programs, ensuring Plenti's adherence to regulatory requirements. To succeed, you'll need: - Strong educational background in law, admitted in NSW or another Australian jurisdiction. - 2-8 years of PQE, preferably in financial services. - In-depth knowledge of the Corporations Act, Consumer Credit Act, and banking regulations. - Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical advice. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
