The Role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be part of a team that serves our cafe, restaurant, lounge, and business networking areas. Your responsibilities will include taking and preparing orders, making juices, and preparing toasties. As you gain confidence and training, you will also be responsible for making our members' coffee.

You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring our facilities are always presentable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fulfilling daily food and beverage orders
  • Cash handling
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Cleaning of the cafe

About You

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about engaging with our members and providing exceptional service. You should be optimistic, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be required to work afternoon shifts and weekends, with flexibility around hours when needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RSA certificate
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Experience as a barista
  • Knowledge of food and beverages
