Job Title:

Architectural Designer

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to support the planning, design, and development of residential, commercial, or public structures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual and schematic designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and client vision
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Assist in creating construction documents and specifications
  • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to support the planning process
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all phases of design and construction
  • E nsure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Research materials, products, and design trends to recommend innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project coordination activities
  • Work with senior architects on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects
  • Support 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization efforts for client presentations
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Architectural Design
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and building materials
  • Creative thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics and function
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable design is a plus
  • Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and technical documentation experience
