3D Modelling Specialist

At a leading visual effects studio, we create stunning feature films with the help of skilled modellers. This role involves collaborating closely with texture artists, shader artists, and look development specialists to produce high-quality digital assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of experts to create visually appealing 3D models
  • Work closely with riggers to ensure that models support their workflow requirements
  • Develop high-quality models with attention to detail and strong spatial awareness
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace with efficient workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in high-end feature film / CG production
  • Strong understanding of form, scale, and proportion
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
  • Proficiency in modelling software such as Maya, XSI, or Cyslice
  • Familiarity with Mudbox or Z-brush
  • Knowledge of polygon and subdivision surface/ character modelling
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent communication skills
