As an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) professional, you will be responsible for advising and supporting stakeholders to maximise adoption of new or changed technologies.
You will create and execute communication and training plans to ensure smooth change implementation, track progress, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
This role requires collaboration with project teams, IT Division, and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders throughout the change process, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of and experience with change management methodologies, such as PROSCI.
- Experience in delivering change initiatives aligned with the Department's Enterprise Change Management Framework.
- Experience with best practices for M365 implementation and adoption, including Microsoft's Modern Collaboration Architecture (MOCA) and M365 Adoption White Papers.
- Familiarity with best practices for cloud implementation and adoption, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with best practices for ServiceNow implementation and adoption.
