Store Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team in the Stonnington region of Melbourne.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of shop assistants, achieving financial targets, and maintaining high-quality store presentation.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team
  • Managing team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being met
  • Rostering staff and cost control, including wages
  • Receiving all orders from the loading area and monitoring stock, including wastage, shrinkage, and quality control
  • Professionally arranging and replenishing stock on display, ensuring stock is rotated and kept fresh, merchandising, as well as cutting and wrapping fresh produce
  • Packing-up store, which includes refrigerating stock and general cleaning
  • Maintaining excellent store presentation
  • Assisting with customer enquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism is always observed
  • Assisting in all policy and procedures building, monitoring, and fine-tuning
