
Store Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team in the Stonnington region of Melbourne.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of shop assistants, achieving financial targets, and maintaining high-quality store presentation.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team
- Managing team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being met
- Rostering staff and cost control, including wages
- Receiving all orders from the loading area and monitoring stock, including wastage, shrinkage, and quality control
- Professionally arranging and replenishing stock on display, ensuring stock is rotated and kept fresh, merchandising, as well as cutting and wrapping fresh produce
- Packing-up store, which includes refrigerating stock and general cleaning
- Maintaining excellent store presentation
- Assisting with customer enquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism is always observed
- Assisting in all policy and procedures building, monitoring, and fine-tuning

Please note that industry experience with minimum 1-year experience in a similar management role is preferred. Experience in managing similar stores and fruit and vegetable experience may be an advantage.
