We are seeking a highly skilled individual to develop and implement a group strategy on psychosocial safety. The successful candidate will have opportunities for global travel, supporting local and international projects and operations.
This role reports directly to the Vice President Health & Wellness, who oversees the development and implementation of a group strategy for psychosocial safety. The goal is to ensure that psychosocial hazards are identified and mitigated through relevant legislation and integrated programs.
- Develop, review and refine the group strategy on psychosocial safety with consideration to emerging practices;
- Continually develop and refine understanding of risks to psychosocial safety with appropriate responses to mitigate identified risks;
- Work collaboratively across functions and assets to improve psychosocial safety outcomes using a multi-disciplinary approach;
- Enhance and develop required psychosocial safety leadership capacity in the group;
- Assist the group on matters related to psychosocial safety and continually assess new approaches for applicability;
- Provide insights and analysis of psychosocial safety trends within the group to guide decision making;
- Monitor and report on performance of psychosocial safety programs and outcomes.
