SEO Strategy Manager

This is a key role where you will develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives traffic and bookings for our travel brand.

As a seasoned professional in the field of search engine optimisation, you will be responsible for building and executing an SEO strategy that connects with Gen Z, drives quality traffic and converts wanderlust into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing an SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Ensuring all new content is optimised from day one, hitting the right keywords, intent, and structure.
  • Collaborating closely with our development team to improve site structure, metadata, and page performance.
  • Partnering with merchandisers and content teams to optimise every new page, post, and campaign.
  • Monitoring traffic, rankings, click-throughs and conversions, and flagging SEO issues before they impact performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years' experience in hands-on SEO, preferably in a global or multi-market setting.
  • Strong technical and on-page SEO skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with developers and UX teams.
  • Data-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for travel, digital innovation, and creating content that connects.
