We are seeking dedicated part-time education leaders to foster the growth and development of young minds. The successful candidates will work various shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, providing a safe, nurturing, and exciting environment for babies, toddlers, and children.
About the Role- Foster a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and harm.
- Provide high-quality educational programs and activities that promote social connectivity, emotional confidence, foundational learning, and physical health and wellbeing.
The Education Leader is responsible for:
- Developing and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Lifelong Learning Curriculum.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising educators and teachers to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the rights and wellbeing of all children.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve Centre goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.
- A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
