Job Title: Fuels Operations Manager

Fuels operations managers oversee the safe and efficient supply of fuel to support critical operations. They are responsible for managing fuel storage, distribution, and inventory to ensure uninterrupted service.

Duties:

  • Monitor and maintain fuel levels in tanks at a fuel farm.
  • Review usage calculations, service times, and tank filling amounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect fuel samples to check gravity and flashpoint.
  • Review information on water in tanks, temperature, and fuel levels.
  • Maintain records of preventive maintenance and repairs on terminal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards and proper safety training is conducted and reviewed regularly.

Requirements:

  • US or Australian citizenship required.
  • Possess a US Secret or AUS NV-1 Clearance.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field with 5 years' experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety standards for the area of responsibility.
