Rivers is seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about fashion and has a flair for customer service. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Assisting customers with purchases and answering questions about our products
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive store performance

About You:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is:

  • Confident and enthusiastic with a passion for fashion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
