Our Environment & Planning practice group is recognised as one of the leading teams in Australia, offering a unique opportunity for an Associate to join our Melbourne team.
">We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Law Specialist to work with our experienced partners on a mix of transactional, advisory, and litigation matters. You will be involved in major project approvals, environmental licensing, and compliance, as well as Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Court proceedings, contaminated land and waste management, water law, risk management, and incident response.
">The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of years PQE ideally gained within a reputable Environment & Planning practice">
- Experience and expertise with planning litigation, advice, and project management">
- Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong drafting skills">
- Strong academic achievements">
