Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' clinical, social, and self-care needs.
- Anticipate and respond to changing health needs by initiating further assessments or referrals as required.
- Provide support and guidance to residents and their families, addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- A current registration with AHPRA and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing are essential requirements for this role.
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred, with a strong emphasis on clinical experience and risk management in an aged care setting.
- A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems is crucial for success in this position.
- Full Australian working rights and the ability to pass a national police clearance are also mandatory.
