Job Description:

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide remote and onsite support for mining technology and automation systems.
  • Maintain system performance, lead configuration improvements, and develop project support documentation and internal knowledge resources.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and manage service level agreements.
  • Lead internal upskilling through competency plans and support tools.
  • Contribute to change management and the successful rollout of new technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote commercial alignment.
  • Support audits, cost reviews, and the development of standardised processes.

About You:

  • You possess 5–7 years' experience in surface and/or underground mining.
  • You have strong knowledge of mining systems, automation, and operational technologies.
  • You have hands-on experience with mining tech implementation, control room systems, or maintenance.
  • You understand IT systems, networking, and ERP platforms such as SAP.
  • You excel in communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You are a collaborative, solutions-focused individual with a keen eye for detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You hold a technical background in auto-electrical, electrical, mechanical, or mining engineering.
