About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Science Liaison to join our team. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will be responsible for providing a reliable, trusted source of unbiased, accurate, and up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge to our cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, and medical.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the oncology space, with a focus on breast cancer.
- Provide scientific support to our sales and marketing teams, ensuring that our promotional materials are accurate and compliant.
- Conduct medical reviews of promotional materials and provide feedback to the cross-functional team.
- Act as an internal expert to support staff training and development.
- Drive projects from concept to execution, working closely with the cross-functional team.
- Successful completion of relevant science-based tertiary qualifications, including a postgraduate degree (minimum) or PhD.
- Relevant industry experience in the oncology area, with a focus on breast cancer.
- Strong scientific knowledge and commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-directed and able to work alone in the field, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in professional relationship building and networking.
