Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the warehouse function to ensure timely distribution of products and efficient utilization of storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct warehouse activities to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, vendor performance, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
  • Liaise with various departments to support their requirements effectively.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound functions, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
  • Cover other duties as required by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in warehousing and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Highly developed verbal communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Understanding of WHSE requirements and a valid forklift license.
  • Ability to recognize strengths and opportunities for development within team members.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently with minimum supervision.
