Marketing Manager Position at Archdiocese of Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in positioning Centacare's offerings and engaging key audiences. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our mission.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing an overarching Marketing and Engagement framework.
  • Championing the Centacare brand, ensuring alignment across all communication channels.
  • Innovating integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audience segments.

You will work closely with our General Manager of Marketing and Engagement and the Manager of Digital Strategy to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Contribute to and implement an overarching Marketing and Engagement framework.
  2. Project and Team Management: Collaborate with service leaders to develop best practices for marketing initiatives, lead project plans, and monitor and report on marketing effectiveness.
  3. Content Creation and Communication: Develop and oversee content plans for various channels, prepare media materials, and guide the production of engaging digital and print content.
  4. Community Relations and Event Management: Design strategic plans for community engagement and event management, foster partnerships to enhance outreach and participation.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with internal leadership and external partners, provide strategic advice to enhance stakeholder relations and advocacy efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree and substantial experience in marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and develop effective strategies.
  • Commitment to Catholic Social Teaching principles and a mission-driven approach.
  • Flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A proactive problem solver, dedicated to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
