Role: Educator Support Specialist

Deliver exceptional educational support to children in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging education programs
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children at all times
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with children and families through regular communication and involvement
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and organisational policies and procedures
  • Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
  • Hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
  • Have a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Be willing to travel between local services
  • Have flexible availability Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 6:45pm
