Regional Training Developer

As a Regional Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to volunteers and paid clinical staff within the Southwest region.
- Deliver efficient and effective training and development to meet the needs of our team members.
- Complete course reports as required to measure the effectiveness of the training activities and performance of trainees.
- Proactively engage with regular updates to ensure the ongoing quality and accuracy of training courses.
- Assist with the maintenance of training equipment and training areas.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Current Provide First Aid certificate or equivalent experience.
- Existing volunteer status with St John WA.
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with volunteers and/or volunteer organisations.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including:
