Job Description

As a Regional Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to volunteers and paid clinical staff within the Southwest region.

  • Deliver efficient and effective training and development to meet the needs of our team members.
  • Complete course reports as required to measure the effectiveness of the training activities and performance of trainees.
  • Proactively engage with regular updates to ensure the ongoing quality and accuracy of training courses.
  • Assist with the maintenance of training equipment and training areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Current Provide First Aid certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Existing volunteer status with St John WA.
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with volunteers and/or volunteer organisations.
