We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Planning Engineer to join our team in western Tasmania. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for developing and refining the Life of Mine (LOM) plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop panel notes in collaboration with the Senior Planning Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer.
- Draft MPA and MCP plans for development to support planned production.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting.
- Provide input into the weekly plan.
- Ensure that files are stored in an accurate and orderly manner.
- Analyse actual operational performance and provide cost guidance for continuous improvement.
- Relevant tertiary engineering qualification (Engineering).
- Experience user of Deswik and Ventsim.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated capability in effective communication, feedback, and collaboration with others.
