About the Opportunity

We're entering a new era of strategic property portfolio review, ensuring that future development, management, and optimisation are aligned with our overall Enterprise roadmap, network plan, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Group Property Accommodation costs and manage annual statutory valuations program.
  • Partner with Group Property Senior Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders to ensure key responsibilities are met.
  • Support CAPEX allocation and recommendation on investment strategies, including buy versus lease options.
  • Provide timely analysis and advice on business strategies and performance, presenting monthly results and stakeholder reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting.
  • Membership of CPA or Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of financial advisory and/or financial control/accounting experience, preferably with exposure to the property industry.
  • Well-developed Business Partnering skills and a proven track record of working with non-financial senior stakeholders.
