**Job Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial record maintenance, data entry processing, and payroll management.

This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and managing payroll functions. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts
  • Data entry processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Manage payroll functions, such as processing employee pays and managing employer tax and super obligations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (desirable)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service and accounting (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
