Childcare Leader Role

Job Description:

As a Childcare Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of educators in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. You will work closely with your team to develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Developing and implementing programs that meet the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and making adjustments as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards Diploma)
  • Good availability Monday to Friday
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Nurture authentic connections with children and families through interaction, curriculum, and documentation
