The Opportunity

We're seeking skilled bakers to join our team at our St Helens store. As a baker with Banjo's, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Produce high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.
  • Work closely with other bakers and the production manager to maintain consistent, high-quality standards.
  • Follow established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be flexible and work across a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Experience producing high-quality baked goods.
  • Reliability, organisation, and good communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
