Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst and Strategy Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in providing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models to support business decision-making.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and customer behaviour.
  • Liaise with external business partners to influence product design, features, pricing, and policy.
Requirements
  • Advanced skills in transforming data using SQL and solid graphic visualisation skills using Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience in Python is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability with a risk mindset.
  • Experience in Retail Banking and/or Wealth/Insurance would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple streams of work, effectively prioritising and delivering to deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and navigate ambiguity.

A competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
