About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, to budget, and in accordance with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage office or onsite activities to ensure project success.
  • Ensure project plans are executed with appropriately skilled staff available at the required times.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical support personnel in completing assigned scope.
  • Manage work in accordance with project schedule and budget.
  • Identify and manage scope changes and trends.
  • Maintain professional relationships with client personnel.
  • Travel to site as required.
  • Ensure unwavering dedication to safety and ability to achieve deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institute or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience working in mining and minerals studies and/or projects.
  • EPCM/EPC experience, including supervision of contractors and field personnel.
  • Previous experience in process plants and mining projects in operations or construction.
  • Substantial exposure to project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment.
