Job Title: Junior Musical Cast Development Specialist

This is a casual position where you will be the catalyst for the growth and evolution of our cast members in their dedicated field of performing arts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching singing or piano lessons and possess industry knowledge that can be imparted to our cast members. The ability to prepare and deliver creative and engaging lessons, as well as develop classroom management strategies, is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide education excellence by imparting your knowledge onto our students and providing them with guidance to flourish and reach their full potential.
  • To facilitate the evolution of performance through your out-of-the-box ideas which challenge the status quo.
  • To provide cast members with the skills, tools and experience to participate in all performance opportunities at the standard expected of an Off Centre production.

Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $35 per hour (inclusive of Superannuation)
  • Flexible hours
  • No weekends required

Requirements:

  • Experience in teaching singing or piano lessons
  • Working with Children Check (preferred)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (preferred)
