Your Next Role:

  • Call Centre Opportunities: We're offering a range of call centre opportunities starting as soon as possible, ranging from 4-6 months, 6 months +, and often extensions or permanency thereafter.
  • Consistent Full-Time Hours: Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, providing stability and predictability.
  • Handling Inbound Queries: Handle a high volume of inbound queries through calling, emails, and chats within various sectors, with an average of 50-60 calls per day.
  • Key Performance Metrics: Meet key metrics, including average handling time, quality assurance, roster adherence, and post-call customer surveys, to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Detailed Training Programmes: Receive comprehensive training programmes to get you set up in your role, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Join a supportive and bubbly team environment, where you'll feel valued and motivated to perform at your best.

What You Need:

  • Full-Time Availability: Be available to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, if you're on a visa, you must be able to work consistent full-time hours each week.
  • Recent Call Centre Experience: Have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent experience (within the last two years) in a call centre or high-volume phone-based role, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
  • Mathematical Skills: Possess confidence working with numbers and maths, ensuring you can handle the demands of the role.
  • Can-Do Attitude: Demonstrate a can-do attitude and resilience, allowing you to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional References: Provide proven professional references from previous employers, showcasing your skills and experience.
