We are seeking skilled machine operators to work on upcoming projects in the Gold Coast area. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record of working in the Civil Industry and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

The successful applicants will be self-motivated, experienced, and reliable individuals who can work independently and as part of a team. They will need to reside between Brisbane and the Gold Coast and be able to follow tasks given to them on a daily basis by site teams.

Job Requirements:
  1. All-round Plant Operators: Experienced in operating various equipment such as excavators, skid steers, rollers, and water trucks.
  2. Excavator Operators: Possess relevant tickets, HR License, and White card. Final trimming, detailing, demolition, trenching, and experience with GPS are highly desirable.
  3. Roller / Watercart Operators: Hold relevant tickets, HR License, and White card.
  4. Loader / All-Round Operators: Possess relevant tickets, HR License, and White card. Ability to operate different machines is essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Construction-experienced Civil Labourers (Multi Skilled and ticketed).
  2. White Card (Essential).
  3. Provide relevant tickets for machine operations.
  4. GPS Experience on machines a big advantage.
  5. Recent Verification Of Competency (VOC) on machines a big advantage.
  6. Good attention to detail and quality control.
  7. Can read and understand drawings and plans.
  8. Demolition Experience.
  9. Culvert/Pipe Laying/Drainage Experience.
  10. QLD Driver's license and own reliable transport to attend work (Essential).
  11. Australian Citizens.
  12. Availability from Monday to Sunday for ongoing work.
  13. People who can work individually and in teams.
  14. Safety-focused individuals with excellent communication skills.
  15. Proactive problem solvers with a strong work ethic.
  16. Can follow directions and complete allocated tasks.
