Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Receipting and Management
  • Issuing statements and making follow-up calls to resolve outstanding accounts
  • Investigating and resolving account queries
  • Managing end-to-end processes for designated ledgers
  • Achieving collection targets
  • Record retention and management
  • Assessing new patient accounts and claims
  • Providing assistance with customer account inquiries

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in the Health industry as an Accounts Receivable Officer (highly regarded)
  • Accurate and efficient processing skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Effective planning, organisational and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
