Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the timely creation of precise work packages for maintenance tasks associated with our contracts. This includes:

  • Managing and updating the Main Work Lists for designated maintenance periods.
  • Creating accurate and prompt maintenance work packages.
  • Determining material needs for maintenance tasks.
  • Forecasting work failure rectification in collaboration with Ship Teams.
Essential Qualifications

  • Formal qualification in Maintenance Management, Engineering, or a relevant trade.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably within the Defence sector.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with asset management standards and processes.
  • Understanding of configuration management systems.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools, ideally Primavera P6.
