Empower Individuals with Disabilities as a Support Worker

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing support and empowering them to reach their full potential.

  • Support participants with high needs, including behavioural challenges, to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Deliver flexible support services online, face-to-face, and facilitate small groups in activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with case managers to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient service delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • Current Full Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Meet current COVID-19 Vaccine requirement or have a medical exemption.
  • Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Child Safe Environments Certificate.
  • Experience in interpreting clinical support plans.
