This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients. As a Patient Services Advocate, you will be responsible for greeting patients upon arrival, answering incoming calls, and guiding patients through the registration process.

You will also play a key role in ensuring that patients are well-informed about waiting times and have a smooth visit experience. Additionally, you will assist with collecting patient feedback and accurately recording charges and payments.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm and supportive towards patients in busy or stressful situations

Prior experience in a medical front office or customer service setting is preferred, but not required. If you have medical/insurance billing knowledge, that's a bonus
