Production Blender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Blender to join our dynamic team at Programmed. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating blending equipment to produce high-quality chemical products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate blending equipment to produce high-quality chemical products.
  • Follow blending recipes and procedures accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Complete daily production tasks, including monitoring blending processes and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including handling dangerous goods.
  • Perform routine maintenance on blending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of blending area.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in chemical/food blending and batching is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training on handling dangerous goods.
  • Forklift license is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Knowledge/experience of LEAN principles is a plus.
