Software Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to join our team at Talent International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing software systems that meet the needs of our clients in the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software architecture, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
  • Collaborate with software leads to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and resolve any bottlenecks.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate the architecture to stakeholders.
  • Approve development decisions at an architectural level.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in multiple software languages and experience as a technical leader or designing complex solutions.
  • NV1 or higher clearance in the past 8 years.
  • Experience in developing complex solutions for Defence, whether at an R&D level or in-service.
  • Commitment to product development in an agile environment.
