About the Role

We are seeking an Optical Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Silverwater. As a key member of our customer service team, you will learn about the optical industry, optics, and optical dispensing. You will be trained to become one of our Customer Service Representatives who are the primary contact point for customer enquiries and are relied on by our customers for technical advice and product recommendations on different lens solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, including lens technologies and optical dispensing
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements

  • Optical knowledge and experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy, including navigating ordering systems and tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
