We are seeking an experienced Community Support Worker to join our team in the Grafton region. As part of our 24/7 service delivery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In-home Care
  • Personal Care
  • Community Access
  • Respite Care
  • Domestic Assistance
  • Medication Assistance
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transport
  • Shopping Assistance
  • Welfare Checks
  • Documentation of client progress/reports
  • Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfill their short-term and long-term goals

You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive support services to our clients, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including paid mileage and training opportunities. This is a part-time position, with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
