About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in-store, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing stock on shelves according to planograms
  • Removing point of sale displays and implementing new ones
  • Visiting multiple stores per day to conduct merchandising activities
  • Developing strong working relationships with store managers and staff
  • Negotiating for extra space with store managers
  • Checking stock levels and reporting accurate data upon completion of tasks

Requirements:

  • A great attitude and positive mindset
  • Great communication skills to build strong working relationships
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
  • The ability to receive Point of Sale items at home
  • The ability to report work via apps on an iPad supplied by the company
  • Commitment to working autonomously in a casual position
  • Physical fitness to complete repetitive tasks such as lifting and reaching

Benefits:

  • 0.91 cents per KM travelled from store-to-store
  • Flexible hours with up to 30 hours per week
  • Wednesday/Thursday/Friday as essential days
