Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the execution of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed within the agreed schedule and timeline.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning and coordination, including setting up projects in SAP ByDesign and Smartsheet systems.
  • Assist with invoicing and forecasting process, financial reporting, and budget compliance.
  • Schedule and coordinate workshops, meetings, and travel for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage and track improvement requests, driving them to completion with transparency and customer visibility.
  • Support project compliance and document control, ensuring projects adhere to organisational standards.
  • Prepare project templates, standardising documentation across initiatives.

About You:**

  • Experience in system project delivery industry or environment.
  • Bachelor of Commerce, Information Systems or related University Degree.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a deadline-driven project environment.
