About the Role

This position requires a deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets). The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing plans.
  • Utilize data mining, extensions, and aggregators to source candidates.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and market analysis skills.
  • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
