As a Disability Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality support services to our participants. Your genuine interest in supporting people with physical disabilities and mental health conditions will play a crucial role in making a positive impact on their lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized support plans tailored to each participant's unique needs

• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility assistance

• Facilitating social connections and community integration for participants

• Maintaining accurate records of support plans and progress

Requirements:

• NDIS Worker's Clearance Check

• Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR

• Driver's Licence

• Adequate physical ability to perform manual handling tasks
