The Aqua Instructor Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to lead fun and supportive exercise classes at our aquatic centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality exercise classes that meet the needs of the community, ensuring participant safety and promoting programs.
  • Set up and pack up equipment for classes, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications
  • Aqua Fitness Qualification or AUSTSWIM WETS certification.
  • Working With Children Check clearance.
Bonus Qualifications
  • AUSTSWIM or equivalent Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification.
  • First Aid Certification.
  • Pool Lifeguard Certification.
  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness and Personal Training.
