About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and strategic Designer to join our team as Head of Creative. This in-house role involves leading the creative direction and visual storytelling to elevate the brand's presence.

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual who is not afraid to push boundaries and present unexpected creative solutions. You will be responsible for steering a multidisciplinary creative direction, working 'on the tools' and strategically managing every expression and dimension of the brand.

The ideal candidate will have gained confidence and ability to shape high-impact campaign visuals, direct shoots, curate collateral, and inspire internal communications while maintaining the brand identity throughout with consistent compelling touch points.

We are looking for conceptual creative individuals with clarity, storytelling instinct, and an eye for refinement to elevate the visual presence of this iconic brand.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing creative strategies, managing design teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all touch points.

This is a full-time position based onsite in central Brisbane, requiring full working rights in Australia.
