About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Capital Projects Lead to join our team. As a Capital Projects Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a portfolio of projects within the Class B - Synchronous Condenser Program.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing project management plans, ensuring clear deliverables and expectations.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes, including managing financial, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
  • Overseeing procurement and contractor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Regular reporting to senior management and key stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to drive seamless project execution.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
